Our initial investment ranges from 500k€ to 1M€ at the seed stage with follow-on investments of up to 2.5M€. We limit our portfolio to a maximum of 15 startups to ensure we can dedicated the time needed to deliver the greatest value.

Olivier started his career by establishing an investment fund specialized in classic car assets, achieving above-market returns.
After managing the fund to a stable state, Olivier joined a Private Equity search fund in Chicago, where he gained significant experience over two years.
Returning to Europe in 2018, Olivier founded Dedicated a deal by deal venture firm, focusing on tech-driven companies, ranging from Serie A stage to pre-IPO. He built a portfolio of 30+ scale-ups including Klarna, Airbnb, SpaceX, Perlego, Solaris amoung others.
Olivier will bring his extensive European deal-sourcing network and his experience with late-stage rounds in Europe and the US.
Olivier established APIX in 2000, a startup dedicated to developing Rich Internet Applications. By 2005, he co-founded Taatu, a metaverse for teenagers that grew from 0 to 3 million members in France and Belgium.
After 15 years of entrepreneurial rollercoaster, he took on the role of Investment Manager at Sambrinvest, focusing on digital startups. Over five years, he cultivated a portfolio of 30+ startups including Urbantz, Shippr, Accountable, Sortlist, Shyfter amoung others, directing investments exceeding 30M€.
With a proven track record in pre-seed and seed investments, Olivier excels at identifying and nurturing promising startups. As a former tech entrepreneur, he will bring his hands-on approach and active involvement to the welovefounders startup portfolio.
Antoine worked for British BIS Banking Systems, one of the first fintech scale-ups in London, rising from sales executive to Managing Director for Europe.
In 1995, he co-founded Odyssey Financial Technologies, which evolved into a global leader. Under his leadership as CEO and Chairman, OFT’s revenue grew to over 80M€, with a workforce of 650 employees. In 2010, he facilitated OFT's sale to Temenos Group.
Post-sale, Antoine pivoted to private equity in 2011, focusing on the software sector. Between 2011 and 2022, he made 12 key investments including Sophia Genetics, Vocalcom, OneAston, Urbantz, EMAsphere, Clear Space among others.
Antoine will bring his extensive expertise and experience to the welovefounders startup portfolio.
Post-graduation, Thomas worked with BT Telecom in London, New York, and Amsterdam. After completing his MBA in Singapore, Thomas joined the M&A division of AT Kearney in Paris.
In 2013 he co-founded APROPLAN, a B2B SaaS company focused on helping construction sector, scaling it from a startup to 160 employees, overseeing three acquisitions and a merger with a Danish firm to form LetsBuild.
After his experience, Thomas shifted his focus to mentoring and coaching founders and CEOs of startups and scale-ups.
At welovefounders, Thomas endorses a role of operating partner. He will sit next to the founders and support them on their entrepreneurial ride.
